“My wifi at home is too slow. ATT can not improve the speed because of some issues with cables.. At this, I have netflix but i can not stream movies. Videos get frozen. Can this Roku device help me to stream movies with this slow internet?.”

I found that I needed to upgrade my ATT wifi from 18gps to 24gps to keep the screens from refreshing. This is while using one or two devices. have not had the issue since. Sorry to hear you can't upgrade your service.

To be honest if the Internet is slow it would affect any streaming device the same. If not under contract and if in a charter area as a new customer you get 60mbps for 39.99 and it streams very well! Just another option to consider.
