Any audio coming out of your television when watching Roku programming will work with the ear buds. If you want to use a separate remote for OTA stations, just turn the Roku device off.

The Roku Voice Remote earbud feature is designed to work with the audio being streamed from the Roku device to the Roku Voice Remote only. The remote can be programed to control the TV, as it looks like you have, but since the audio is coming from the Antenna and not the Roku device, it won't be transmitted to the remote, and thus to the earbuds. No, there is no "Source" button on the Roku remote, however you can always access Live TV Streaming Channels via the Live TV option found on the Roku Channel.
