• It comes with an AC adapter but it’s USB input so if your TV has a USB that can power it. Best to use the AC adapter and the stick itself goes into the HDMI port

• It requires either usb or ac wall power. Both connections are included. I prefer usb as my tv has a local usb connection to reduce wiring.
