• Hi, JMar! Unfortunately it will not but it does still give high quality HD streaming and if you decide to upgrade you will already be 4K ready!

• No it will not but the picture will still be great. I have an older model TV that I use my Roku on it did not change the picture to 4k but the picture still looks great.
