Yes and no, Roku comes with some apps preloaded...but some you need to download. B10N needs to be downloaded and you need a subscription to a qualifying provider (I have Youtube TV). Big 10 To Go is different...it requires it's own subscription to get specific content (i.e. ...let's say you want to watch Badger hockey and only Badger Hockey...you need Big 10 To Go...B10N will only give you scheduled programming.
