It's a wifi issue plain and simple.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Upgrade your Internet feed and #1 most important thing you must do is upgrade your router and make sure it's in a central location in your house. Any problems you have is because of Internet speed and a cheap router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had some freezing of the programming and the solution that I found was to reboot the Roku. Also check to see if it needs an update to the software. This can all be done in settings. It works just fine for quite a while until it freezes up again. Then I repeat the same thing, reboot or restart the Roku. I usually only have to do this once every month or two, sometimes it will go for several months without needing to do this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would start with you download speeds. Then move on to your modem to make sure that it is big enough to handle the load of your WIFI use. Then I would move on to your router to make sure that it is powerful enough to send the signal through your house. Good Luck .
I would recommend:

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the band width on your router, it might not be enough and if you have all 3 going at the same time it might cause the freeze up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Also, keep in mind that if you have a router that YOU purchased, and not supplied buy you ISP, it is YOUR responsibility to maintain the firmware updates. Your wifi will really act up if the firmware updates are not kept up with. I recommend to my customers, pick a car that you have, and every time you change the oil, change/check your firmware.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
