QuestionIf you primarily watch Netflix and hbo is this a good investment? I have no skill related to anything technical, is this easy to add other channels to watch?

- Answer Definitely! It is super easy to install and to plug and go. You might need to spend some time (10 mins or so) the first time you use it to log into your accounts and organize the apps in the order you want them, so all your favorite ones are all together.

- Answer Never had Direct TV. I do know that Fire Stick does not work with XFinity. It only works with Roku. Good luck

- Answer I think you would need a streaming TV service for that, like sling. You can add a Over the Air antenna and pick up local channels in HD and play via roku device. But over the Air wouldn't include channels like you are asking about.

- Answer I'm pretty sure it just depends on your TV. The Roku 4k unit is $99, and the Roku HD unit is $49. Both do the same thing just depends on the TV you have I believe.

- Answer Yes, you can connect the Roku to a 5g internet or faster, and for watching tv you can choose between Sling TV or Direc TV now they both are very good.

- Answer I don't think it matters that your set is not a 4K. I don't think mine is a 4K either. I think that as long as your TV has more than 2 HDMI ports and HDMI input selections on the TV remote, the Roku Streaming Stick will work just fine with your Vizio TV.

Questionhas anyone used this with to stream comcast content ( if you are a comcast customer with wifi, obviously!). one comcast guys says yes, but I don't see anyone discussing it, and I dont see a comcast app, tho there must be more than the thumbnails shown.

- Answer We do have the Comcast App and it works very well at watching live tv shows as well as the saved shows. The Roku doesnt have numbers on it so it's a little hard to get through channels quickly but it works very well for saved shows.

- Answer I chose the $40 a month package that is a combo of the blue and orange packages. Otherwise it is $25 a month for either the blue or orange package.

- Answer The Roku stick will only work for you if the German TV programs you watch have a streaming service online. Even though you are able to watch the shows online - it does not mean that Roku stick will have the channel or the app. The Roku stick does have some live TV now channels, but many of them are not your daily channels or programming. If you go to https://channelstore.roku.com/browses - you will be able to see every channel with a description that the Roku service offers. I would recommend checking for what you are looking for before buying. Also, please be sure that you have a high bandwidth service for again, Roku is all streaming and uses your wifi service. If you do not have enough bandwidth - the channels will be choppy with alot of lag.
