• ROKU Ultra is powered using a power cord. HDMI is separate plug in.

• Hello Steve, The Roku Ultra is power through an outlet with the provided power cable. No Roku devices are solely powered off the HDMI port, some can be powered by the USB port on your TV and others come with power adapters.
