• Hello HearingDisabled, it would be through one or the other but you can use Rokus headphones mode off of the Roku Mobile app to use multiple headphones at one time.

• If your regular TV/ smart TV let you connect to bluetooth, I would think Roku will have the same advantage. As far as I noticed Roku enhanced my TV experience so I think ROKU would definitely enable you to do so. ROKU box does say bluetooth as tech specs.
