• Hello TerryB, he Roku Ultra outputs video at a native refresh rate of 60Hz but features an Auto-adjust display refresh rate setting that can be enabled to match the native frame rate (like 24fps, 30fps, or 60fps) of the content being played.

• Refresh rate is weak, most TV are now out performing the Roku, and it really telling when watching sports. I really like my Roku but not buying another one until refresh rate is 120+
