• The Criterion Channel is available to add to a Roku device through their channel store. I am not familiar with that Vizio TV model, but if it has an open HDMI port, you should be able to plug in a Roku box. Roku also makes a "streaming stick" that plugs into a usb port, so if there is not a HDMI port available and you have an open usb port, you can use that instead.

• Don't know about Criterion Channel. It can provide the channel lineup for some cable TV providers, such as Spectrum. If the TV accepts HDMI input, then this Roku should be compatible.

• You can search the Roku website to see if that channel can be downloaded. If your TV has an HDMI port you can connect it. I love mine, in fact I have 4 Roku devices.
