I doubt very much it is the player. In most homes it is the router setup or your internet speed. Ideally a router should be in the center of the home unobstructed by electronics, mirrors. More or less you should be able to "see" the router. If you do an internet search of proper router placement that may help. Also no mention of what type you have. Furthermore do a speed test on our internet connection. A good test is if you search ATT Speed test. Best Buy has some really good reasonably priced routers if yours is old or out of date. TPLink is one good brand, look for one that has A/C in addition to the typical "N" router which most are now, most respectable ones in the $100 price range are good for homes up to 3000 sq ft if properly placed in the center of the home. Also make sure your player is not covered up by electronics and cords. (this goes for your router too)
