I was having some lag but then I used a LAN cable that plugs directly into my router and that helped a bunch. I’m sorry you’re having trouble.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Device only has a 10/100 Network card in it so having a very big internet pipe does not guarantee bufferless streaming. Netflix recommends atleast 25 Megabits per second for 4K Ultra. Just keep an eye out on other devices on your Network that might be leeching. There are also tools built into the system to check your internet speeds if you start having problems with buffering.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used to use it with my old 15Mps service and had good results with HD content, but was not as good with 4K content. I have heard the 25Mps is a good speed for 4K. We now have about 115 Mps and the Roku doesn't miss a beat.
