“When playing an MP4 through the Roku, is there a setting which will allow me to auto loop the video? I want to use this on an Insignia TV which will play an MP4 but the tv does not have the auto loop option.”

• After doing more research, the roku ultra has a setting to auto loop an mp4. I bought one and hooked it up to an insignia tv and ur works fine.

• I do not believe this is an option. This sounds more like a feature of a specific app: Like Amazon Music for example can play an album in a loop.
