• Roku Ultra is Roku Ultra regardless of model number. It looks and acts the same. There are no separate tiers for Roku Ultra.

• The only things I think are different from model to model are the way the remote buttons are laid out. On some,they have CBS all access, while some may have Vudu on the keypad (Walmart version). The basics of the internals appear to be the same in that model class. Other than that I haven't seen any difference...

• It has earplugs so you can plug them into the remote and listen without others having to hear it... It was much easier to set up than our original Roku bought several years ago....
