If the tv came with a HDMI cable it was more than likely a HDMI 2.0 (HDCP 2.2) cable and not HDMI 2.2 as 2.1 hasn't really came out yet except for Belkin and EchoGear who don't necessarily call it HDMI 2.1 but have the transfer speeds (48Gbps) of HDMI 2.1. So go with HDMI 2.0 (18Gbps) unless you want to go with the mentioned above brands Belkin or EchoGear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The cable you are using is not as important as making sure you are using the correct port on your TV. Not all ports on a TV will support HDCP 2.2 which is required for 4K streaming from sources like Netflix. I would test that first before spending money on an expensive HDMI cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well I'm not sure about our ports on the TV I just know the sound bar came with a 2.2 Arc cable that plugs into the HDMI one of our TV are Roku and everything else is plugged into HDMIs on the sound bar. Not sure what those ports are. I was just told we needed premium high-speed HDMI for 4K content and the best picture without buffering. And our TV has some HDMI is that say best not sure about that neither.
