A:AnswerI've gotten 2 "2018 Roku Ultra Model 4661R" boxes with devices that claim they are "MODEL 4660X2" on the underside of their cases! I've posted questions with zero response. I've emailed Roku &, like many other complainers have posted, I have yet to receive any acknowledgement or response from them either. I searched & searched online without any luck but then, when I started watching Youtube reviews that review the new 2018 Ultra & that compare the the 2018 to the 2017 Roku Ultra, & the 2017 to the 2016, I started to learn some things. Roku claims the "new 2018 ultra" is model #4661R, the 2017 ultra according to reviews mentioning it are the model #4660X2. One claimed the 2016 was the model #4660X, while another reviewer said all model #4661(followed by a letter or not) are the new 2018 roku ultras with the bugs & glitches finally fixed, while all model #4660X2, #4660X, or any other that starts with the 4-digits "4660" are the still glitchy 2017 models. That reviewer did not have access to a 2016 model to confirm its model number. I am going to try calling Roku's toll-free help-line tomorrow for some honest answer because a box's model number legally is NOT the model number of the item inside, ONLY the model number ON THE DEVICE ITSELF is that device's model number & that was not only confirmed by my Father's retired head of his former corporate team's legal department, but by my recently retired attorney as well as by 2 of the other practicing attorneys he recommended I call for a free telephone "yes or no" confirmation on his referral. Roku's toll-free # is: 1 (888) 600-7658. If I cannot get the straight & honest answer I already know for a fact, which is that I do not have the model device I bought & which BOTH BOXES claim I should have but BOTH physical devices LEGALLY PROVE I DO NOT (& NEITHER DO YOU), along with instructions as to what I have to do to get an ACTUAL 2018 ROKU ULTRA THAT SAYS IT IS A MODEL 4661R ON ITS CASING, I will call Roku's Corporate HQ at:

Honestly, with zero Roku support response or even acknowledgement of my multiple attempts to contact them for answers, I have already written a 1st draft of a letter I plan on mailing their Corp.HQ about their whoafully bad support along with a print out of the multiple dozens of posts I've found from others also complaining about multiple emails going unanswered. A:AnswerIf you go one the Roku web site on your computer of tablet, it has tons of apps that you can add. I looked yesterday and added about 20 that it does not show on your tv when you look for apps there. I looked on site for over and hour and got tired I called it quits. I will look another day to see if I can find more. Not sure if it has that one but you can search there. Hope this helped.
