• Your TV should have an "input" button for going from HDMI (for your Roku) to the broadcast channels. Another press of the button, and it should go from the TV channel back to the HDMI port with the Roku. Hope that helps!

• You have to use your tv remote. Look for source, hdmi1, hdmi2, hdmi3, and you will find it.
