Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What's happening is people don't quite understand how 4K UHD content is protected via HDCP 2.2. More than likely, what's happening, it people are buying a low-cost 4K TV and not realizing that out of the 4 HDMI inputs, only 1 supports HDCP 2.2. This means that only one HDMI input will pass 4K content out of the four. This is only the case with low cost 4K TVs and most 4K TVs you'd find at Best Buy will support HDCP 2.2 for all HDMI inputs. You can use most HDMI cables that have been made within the past two years.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The picture is considerably better with the HDMI cable. Remember to keep it as short as possible, this will not only improve the picture but also save you money.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I opted to go with the 4K Monster Platinum cable since one does not come with the unit. Only bought the best cable due to the fact it was on sale. Sales associate advised the Gold version would work just fine but due to the sale price I went with the better. Some reviews are saying the type of HDMI cable does not matter and do not waste your money. In my case I have used other cables in the past and you only get what you pay for. I think it all matters on what you are using it on. If you went with a top of line TV then do not skimp on the cable. If you have something less then others will work fine. Monster offers a lifetime guarantee to boot.
