More than the capacity of the download data, pls check if you have at least 15mbps of internet speed. Also, if you watch a lot of contents from Netflix or YouTube etc, you will run out of the 20gb faster than usual. Bcz, this device will stream 4K content (consume more bandwidth along with large amount of data) unless you chose not to stream high resolution from the settings.
