• Dear Jack; According to the current channel line up directly from Roku, the answer is no. However, there is a channel called Feeln which does carry some library programming from the Hallmark Channel. It's is not free and is a subscription based service. Best of luck.

• Yes, I have a 4k UHD TV and this particular Roku model is made for 4k TVs also you do not have to buy a 4k cable it comes with one, as for the hallmark channel I'm sure it has the app for it for free but there may be a monthly subscription for the channel.
