I have (3) TV do I need a Roku device for each TV? null

i beleive you do but if you buy the stick you can move it to whatever tv you want use it on. you can move the others too but that is one of the things about the stick highly portable

Yes. I have 2 TV's. Have the cheaper one and this one.

You can unplug the Roku Ultra from TV1 and move to TV2 or TV3. It will work on whichever TV it's plugged into via the HDMI port.
