Roku doesn't have anything to do with Google Play. Roku has their own ecosystem (e.g. their own apps). I've never used Mobdro, so I can't speak to how it can be used on the Roku. A quick Google search reveals this: https://mobdroappguide.com/mobdro-roku/ You might also want to consider getting an Android box (many to choice from). They are completely Android and are much more useful than a Roku. A Roku is a good product that allows you to easily steam CHANNELs. It's very limited though compared to an Android box.
