Does this unit need to be vented out of a window? null

Thank you for your question. Portable air conditioners include a window kit, where the hose included with the unit is to be placed. This allows for cold air to come into the room and hot air moved to the outside.

It has a rubber tube connected from the device and leave to the windows but it also has a windows protector that covers the windows to keep the room cooler
