QuestionIt looks like it protects the back but not the front. What happens if you drop it on its face?

- Answer All the cases even Otterboxes have the sides more flush with the phone so you can have access to the edges. There is a lip on the top and bottom to protect front but I understand your concern bc I'm concerned myself... But all the cases have the side edges more exposed. Great case and I tried all of them at best buy

QuestionMy text notification on the outside will not clear when I've read the messages anymore. I have to shut my phone down and restart it so the alert will go away. It used to clear but stopped after 6 months of use

- Answer Do a hard reset and wipe the phone start fresh and dont change your motivation preferences, now if you swipe and hold you can see the bell icon and gear for that notification setting to change or mute

- Answer Definitely not. It has a porous exterior on the rear but with a kickstand, why would you need a pop socket?

QuestionI just purchased this case in black. It's a quality case and well made but I want to know if anyone has dropped this on concrete/hard surface? I don't know if it's as good as the UAG case and also the edge protection seems to be lacking.
