“Will this have a sealed, shrink-wrapped around the box once I preordered to pick up from store? I know the store put label/receipt on games, but those games have sealed, shrink-wrapped.”

If they do, and it's not easily removable without damaging the box, I would refuse it and demand a refund. This is a collectors limited edition. How do they expect it to retain it's value if they are putting stickers on it. Sounds like the people at Gamestop who were stapling Switch 2 boxes.
