Please try again later.you don't need to do anything, it will display through screen, with caller id display of name and number and incoming call or email info, green on left and red on right phone icons to answer or to dismiss call, you can answer or hank up the call without opening the flip cover. no app is needed, just put it on and the phone does the rest

Please try again later.This case is great when you get a call, through the window you see the same phone iicon you would normally see when getting a call, one just touches the window to answer the call. Also any notifications will show through the window plus the time and date, battery, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can answer your phone with the cover closed. A caller id will appear with the phone info so you know who's calling. A 'green' phone will appear on the left to answer the phone. A 'red' phone on the right to hang up. Simply put your finger on the response you wish and slide it in the opposite direction. Note: I still think the cover is a good buy, but be aware that the fabric on the front cover can start to peel. Think of it similarly to the clear plastic covers for the screen. They always start peeling on the edges.
