“Can you use the Fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone with this flip case?”

Yes, the cover is made so the fingerprint scanner is reachable. I was afraid the cover would make it awkward. My fears were unfounded. There are no issues whatsoever.

Yes, if the front isn't flipped over. There is an opening for the fingerprint scanner and health sensor.
