According to the official Playstation web site: "1If you already own the PS4™ version, you do not need to pre-order the PS5™ version of this game. PS4™ game disc owners can access this offer by inserting the disc into their PS5™ console. PS4™ game disc owners who buy the PS5™ Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to access this offer." It appears that in regards to the specific PS5 version of this game, it is digital only. There doesn't appear to be a physical PS5 release.
