Hi! You will only be able to restore Pro Company data from Sage 50 Accounts Edition into new Sage 50 Pro Accounting 2021. This will also depend on the version (year) of the data you will be restoring. Also, you can create as many Companies as your machine's storage will allow. as long as your data file has been saved in the correct version (Pro) you will be able to open in the Sage 50 Pro Accounting bought from Staples. You will not have payroll functionality in this however The Sage 50 Pro Accounting 2021 is meant for use with one company only
