• No, it doesn't. But the cover lies very flat against the back so I don't find it a problem at all.

• Very awkward to hold while using, the case folds into a triangle for a sitting base. But folds when trying to use.

• This cover will flop back open. however the gray one that Samsung offers on Best But for the Tab a 7 is magnetized.
