Yes, it comes with a screen protector. And Yes, finger tech works well.

No it does not come with screen protection. I bought a case that has a plastic screen cover & phone works fine with it on.

Yes it comes with a screen protector and can still use touch screen. But dust and lint gets behind this protector,so I don't recommend.
