• I have the 5 items that were in the box and have it plugged in. The blue light is even on. But it won't charge anything.

• There should have been 5 items in the box. - (1) mat. - (2) wrist pads - (1) magnetic charging pad - (1) USB cable The USB cable connects/powers the magnetic charging pad. It needs to be plugged into an AC to USB adapter or a computer/dock USB Power port.
