- Answer This microphone connects to Windows or Mac OSX computers with a single USB connections (the cable is included with the microphone). If you have a Windows or Mac PC with an available USB port, you can use this microphone

QuestionHow do I activate the warranty I bought with this? It Works great, except that it keeps recording less and less sound no matter how high I have the gain set or anything else for that matter. I really like this mic but I'm a bit disappointed.
