• I think the USB connection is compatible with PS5 but not with XBOX. The audio jack is only for monitoring but you could also use that to connect to the 3.5mm microphone in port on your controller if you get a headset splitter.

• Both work through the PS5. Although unless you really want to monitor your voice I find my separate dac/amp do sound way better for game audio.
