Why don't the ok button work on the microwave oven? null

Our unit was defective. Maybe yours is too. The authorized Samsung repair tech who worked on our unit said he believed that the model itself is a defective design. So, if you followed the instructions in the manual and it still isn't working, it may be defective. Call Samsung, if you've not done so already.

It works on mine just fine...maybe yours is broken...
