The +30 seconds works, but farther left on the panel are up/down arrows. Those go by minutes. Press/hold the up arrow to get to 60 minutes. (Although you must have good eyes -- and plenty of light OR a flashlight -- to be able to see! I also have a dot of White Out on some of the panel button locations so I can see the location if the room is not very bright.) Have FUN with your new oven. We reallllly enjoy ours! Good luck.
