can you turn sound off on this model? null

Since I cannot find the settings for this function, I would be led to believe it is not available on this model. Also, Samsung loses a star here for lack of helpful customer service. Chatted with their ‘A.I’ for too long getting absolutely nowhere (it kept returning to microwave turning on by itself. Nowhere near an acceptable answer to the question “Is it possible to turn off the tones heard when pushing buttons on the microwave model ME16A4021AS?
