• Hi, the grease filter should be cleaned with mild soap and water or in a dishwasher. The charcoal filter should be replaced every 6 months. Both of these, are sold separately. ^Rosi

• Best Buy does not sell these filters but, I was able to find them on the Samsung site as well as Amazon after acquiring the part numbers.
