• The dimensions are: Width: 29 7/8" Height: 16 29/32" Depth: 15 5/32" (Cabinet depth should be 12" to allow for door opening and venting if you recirculate into the kitchen and not outside. If your cabinet is deeper, you need to build a frame on the back wall to move the microwave out.)

• With 14" deep cabinet you will have no problem mounting the microwave, most unit are 15-16" deep.

• I just had installed this week and the depth not including the handle is a little over 15" my cabinets are only ~12" so microwave sticks out about 3" if your cabinets are 14" it might be tight because the door depth is about 1"
