I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your SMH1816B. "SE" is the key short error code and it can have different causes. Please try unplugging or, even better, cycling the power to the microwave by turning the circuit breaker off then on again. If the code returns, then service would be needed to determine the cause and correct it.
