“Can the buzzer be silenced? I want to run the microwave without waking up the house. I do not want a buzzer to sound when the cooking cycle is done. Does this or any unit have a controlable buzzer?”

• I’m happy to tell you that the SMH9187ST does have an ON/OFF setting for the sound. Instructions for changing this and other settings can be found on page 16 of the User Manual, under My Settings. - Ms. Samsung
