“Are the handle and the hinges reversible once you receive the refrigerator, or do you have to specify when you order it?”

• While Samsung says you can reverse the door and provides directions in the manual - it also says it should be done by Samsung technicians at your own expense because otherwise the warranty is void.

• They say you can reverse it, but the holes in the cabinet to screw in the hinge will not be there. Manufacturing defect. You will have to puncture the plastic where the holes should be yourself.
