Q: QuestionDoes this have a matte screen? How is the glare?

• A:Answer Yes, matte screen. I have no issue with glare and am typing this response outside with the sun shining right down on top of me. If outside, a glare can become present from sharper viewing angles, but absolutely fine from straight-on perspective.

Q: QuestionCan I view streaming web cams Is it true that it does not not have a delete key? If so, how do you delete? alt/ctgrl/delete ?

• A:Answer Yes, I'm able to view high-definition streams from webcams. I use Google Hangouts, YouTube, and the Chrome browser to view these streams. No, there isn't a "Delete" key. The "delete" command can be carried out a number of different ways using this keyboard, such as, Selecting the content and hitting backspace or by selecting content and applying the "2-finger click" on the touchpad to "cut" an item.

Q: QuestionIs the top of this Chromebook hard like a normal laptop? It looks like a leather type top so i'm concerned that it's a soft, plush type cover.

• A:Answer This laptop feels like any other laptop. The top is only made to appear as leather like so many other Samsung devices. It is very thin, but absolutely comfortable to pick up and carry. I've never questioned its durability during my first three months of use.

• A:Answer No, it doesn't. There is a chrome extension used only for sharing web content with your skype friends. According to Skype, "The video and audio functionality for the Chrome OS extension is currently unavailable." I assume they're working on it, but no guarantee. I use Google Hangouts as a substitute and am quite pleased with the interface and call quality.

• A:Answer While the Samsung tablet is an excellent product we chose the Chromebook based on our students' needs and the producst features. We were looking for a product that offered multiple features that we could buy at a competitive price in larger quantities to donate as awards to handicapped HS graduates. Cost was a major factor in our choice.

• A:Answer Supposedly with Chrome as the operating system, you cannot get viruses, or so I've heard.
