It does not come with Microsoft Office. You have to have an account with Microsoft as with any computer/laptop. I have a Microsoft account. I downloaded each individual app separately so I could choose what app I wanted without being confused by downloading the Microsoft Office app. It's best to download each one individually such as; One Drive, Word, Excel and Power Point. Once they're all downloaded, sign into One Drive first and you will be automatically signed into all the other apps. It's AWESOME!
