QuestionI set the speaker levels to +6 (highest sound level) from the soundbar, but the sound is very low. I have to be 18" away from them to even barely hear them. They are also "staticy". Any suggestions ?

- Answer I have my rear speakers set at level 3 & volume is pretty loud, maybe you're hooking something up wrong, BTW I'm hooked up through HDMI not optical cable

Questionis it compatible with the Samsung, 300W, 2.1 Curved Sound Bar model #HW-J4000/ZA ? Also, can I (a complete moron) hitch it up myself, or, do you have to have the B.B. Geek Squad do it (if so, how much do they charge???)

- Answer I have a kw-450. I added the rear speakers to that sound bar. I believe these speakers work with all Samsung bars. Small speakers that connect wired to the receiver that then connects to the soundbar automatically from then on.
