I did exactly as I was told and it’s not available in the black stainless steel so I had no choice but to purchase it in black but not happy I purchased refrigerator, stove and microwave in black stainless now no other option than the black because it’s a smaller dishwasher for a galley kitchen had I known this was going to be an issue I may have changed my mind about the finish
