- Answer Thanks for the question. When attaching an external filter to the RF20HFENBBC, the impact on the height or depth would really depend on the dimensions of the system you choose. QuestionWater in the crispersWe purchased the Samsung 19.4 cu ft. French door refrigerator model #RF20HFENBRS in July 2014. It has been determined by repair people that the frig is a "lemon" and therefore is eligible for replacement. The problem has been 4 repairs for water in the crispers and it's doing it again. Has Samsung corrected this problem in the 2015 models of the 19.4 cu ft. French door? I like the refrigerator but am hesitant to replace it with the same kind.

- Answer We have this fridge and suffer from the same issue. They replaced the entire back panel of the fridge, and it still does it. I wouldn't advise buying the same fridge.

QuestionWater filter replacement? No Energy Star rating?Specifications say that there is an "internal" water filter. Where is it located and how difficult is replacement? It doesn't have Energy Star seal? Did you notice an upward tick in your electric bill after unit was installed?

- Answer Thanks for your interest in the RF20HFENBSR. This model does not have a built-in water filtration system, but the manual includes instructions for attaching an external filter. I would suggest contacting your local Best Buy Appliance Team or a local plumber for assistance selecting a filter that will meet your needs. While this model doesn't meet the stringent Energy Star guidelines that were revised in 2014, it does meet the current Department of Energy (DOE) standards for efficiency. - Ms. Samsung
