“Water in fruit and vegetable bins Several times the evaporator drain tube for the refrigerator section has frozen and caused water in the vegetable bins.I thaw out the evaporator tube and it works okay for a while. Do you have any ideas on how this can be prevented. It is a nuisance.It appears there is not a heater on the defrost line.I don't have any problems with the freezer drain tube. I'm having the same problem and the Samsung helpline could not help troubleshoot the issue. I believe the problem is the freezer over freezing and pushing cold up through the lines. This is a major design flaw. I'm very frustrated!

HOWEVER, I am now having the same problem you are with water accumulating in both crisper bins. I have read many reviews on other websites & A LOT of owners are complaining of the same problem. Many of them have tried doing what you did; others have called repairman to look at fridge. From the reviews, repairman are saying this leaking problem is happening in a lot of these refrigerators. Also that they have contacted Samsung but Samsung refuses to acknowledge there may be widespread defect in this model. I don't know what to do about this either as warranty has expired-how convenient for Samsung!
