“I purchased this for my parents. My Dad uses hearing aids and he says he’s having a hard time hearing this. It’s was set to standard. So they’re trying surround now. Are there any other adjustments that can be made? Any other suggestions?”

I bought the soundbar for the same reason. Going the same route has worked out well for me so far. That is surround sound first and then adjusting bass and treble tones as needed. It’s worked out very well for me so far
